HRA 90 Tougher nozzle, lower maintainance
Currently, the H2D Dual-Nozzle function only supports nozzles of the same type and size.
Important Notice About Firmware Update
The firmware update enabling correct parameters and smart recognition for this hotend will
be released soon. Until then, you can use the hotend by selecting the Hardened Steel
Nozzle parameter.
H2D:
The printer will detect the hotend automatically — please choose “Skip” to continue printing normally.
H2S and P2S:
No smart recognition function, Simply select the Hardened Steel Nozzle parameter to use the hotend.
Firmware release schedule:
H2D — Q1, 2026
H2S — Q1, 2026
P2S — Q4, 2025
HRA 90 Tougher nozzle, lower maintainance
With HRA 90 compared to hardened steel's 74, the Tungsten Carbide nozzle provides exceptional wear resistance. This results in a 50% increase in lifespan when printing abrasive, high-performance fiber-reinforced filaments.

Real High Flow: Save Up to 30% of Your Time
The Tungsten Carbide Super Durable Nozzle's optimized melt zone enables significantly increased volumetric speed, achieving up to 62.5%1 higher max volumetric speed and reducing print time by up to 30%2 with ease. The larger your model, the more time you save—especially for prints with extensive infills.
1.Tested with ABS, Ø240mm single-wall cylinder, 0.2mm layer height, 1.0mm outer wall, 280℃ nozzle temperature, spiral vase mode on.
2.Tested with PLA Basic, 15% infill, 300x300x300mm cube.

High-Speed Precision: Sharp Details Every Time
Say goodbye to under-extrusion, rough surfaces, and loss of detail. Unlike standard high-flow nozzles, Bambu's high yet consistent extrusion ensures crisp edges, flawless texturing, and ultra-smooth surfaces—every single time.
Upgrade now and print faster without compromise!

Printer Compatability
*High Flow Tungsten Carbide Nozzle Nozzle is compatible with A1 Series, but it will not improve volumetric speed. In other words, the High Flow Nozzle performs the same as a standard nozzle on the A1 Series.
