No clogging is a 3D printer nozzle cleaner designed to quickly and easily unclog nozzles and get printers back to work. Save time and money with its fast and reliable cleaning.
Scope of application: Applicable to all short-range extrusion printers, as well as hot-end models adapted to M7 and M8 nozzles.
Product function: The function of the feed tool is to pass the material through the short-range extrusion printer when the material is blocked. The blockage can be removed without disassembling the hot end. The nozzle socket wrench tool makes the replacement of the nozzle easier to operate. At the same time It can be used with the material-passing tool to better deal with material blockage.
Efficient cleaning
The NoClogging features a precision tip that allows for easy access and removal of stubborn blockages, leaving your nozzle clean and ready for your next print.
How to use
Step 1: Heat the nozzle
Set the nozzle to the maximum recommended temperature for the previously used material, plus 10 to 20 degrees. For example, if you previously used PLA with a recommended print temperature of 220'C, heat the nozzle to 230'C to 240'C.
Step 2: dredge the extrusion head
Hold the extruder with your left hand and insert the cleaning tool into the wire hole with your right hand. Make sure your left hand presses upon the extruder to counteract the pressure of pressing down on the cleaning tool. Keep pressing until you feel the end of the cleaning tool reach the tip of the nozzle. Gently push and pull the cleaner a few times to ensure that no consumables are clogging the extruder again.
Step 3: Clean the tools
Clean the tool after each use to ensure that the tool can be used for along time.
