QIDI Plus4 | How to replace the adapter plates

1.Turn off the power

2.Remove the front and rear adapter plates

2.1. Remove the front cover. Remove the hotend cable from the clip.

2.2. Unplug the proximity probe port. Unplug the hotend port.

2.3  Unplug the front and rear adapter plates ports.

2.4 Remove the two front adapter plate screws.

2.5 Remove the front adapter plate. Remove the rear cover.

2.6 Remove the four screws on the rear cover of the printhead. Remove the rear cover.

2.7 Remove the two motherboard connector screws

2.8 Remove the motherboard connection port. Remove the two screws securing the motherboard connector.

2.9 Unplug the runout sensor port. Unplug the hot end cooling fan port.

2.10 Unplug the front and rear adapter ports. Unplug the model cooling fan port.

2.11 Unplug the motor port.

2.12  Remove the three rear adapter plate screws. Remove the adapter board.

3. Replace the front and rear adapter plates

3.1. Install the three rear adapter plate screws

3.2 Plug in the motor port

3.3 Plug in the model cooling fan port

3.4 Plug in the hotend fan port

3.5  Plug in the runout sensor port

3.6 Plug in the front and rear adapter plates ports

3.7 Install the motherboard cable

3.8 Install the motherboard link cable screws

3.9 Install the four rear cover screws

3.10  Install the rear cover

3.11 Install the front adapter plate

3.12  install the two front adapter plate screws

3.13 Plug in the front and rear adapter ports

3.14 Plug in the hotend port

3.15 Plug in the proximity probe port

3.16 Arrange the hotend cable

3.17 Install the front cover
