QIDI Cool Plate Pro features a specially optimized nanoscale microporous texture that generates extremely strong adhesion to filaments during printing, ensuring "perfect first-layer adhesion" for a variety of materials, from PLA to PETG.

Room temperature printing, energy-saving

Printing can begin without heating. This significantly reduces preparation time, allowing for immediate printing; PLA and PETG adhere well even at low heated bed temperatures, resulting in substantial long-term electricity savings.

Smooth texture and double the durability

The new surface treatment technology makes the bottom surface of the printed parts smooth and flat, which directly improves the texture; and the double-sided design makes it twice as durable.

Filaments Compatibility

Tips: PLA filaments offer the best adhesion; for other filaments, the printing plate temperature needs to be adjusted to improve adhesion, or a PEI plate may need to be used, depending on the model.

Printing Tips

1. After printing, please wait a few minutes for the platform to cool before removing the print. If the model does not detach completely automatically, remove the cold-print plate from the printer and gently bend the platform. Use flexibility to separate the bottom of the model from the platform. Never use a metal spatula to pry it off forcefully, as this may scratch the surface coating.

 2. Increasing the temperature of the heated bed can enhance adhesion. The temperature of the heated bed needs to be adjusted according to its specific requirements to achieve the optimal level of adhesion.

 3. Cold-print plates provide good adhesion without the need for adhesives or frequent cleaning. For heavily soiled surfaces, you can clean them with water and detergent. Do not use organic solvents (especially acetone) to clean the build plates, as they will damage the surface.

 4. Build plates are consumables and will age over time. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or cracks. Only sheets that are defective upon arrival are covered under warranty.

 5.When printing oversized objects on the MAX4, warping may occur at the standard calibration temperature. This issue can be mitigated by slightly increasing the printing temperature or enabling chamber heating. This board is ideally suited for energy-efficient, low-temperature batch printing of small-scale PLA models.
