No wiring or stripping is required, allowing for quick and direct installation on the corresponding printer, simplifying the replacement process.

High-Quality Components for Optimal Printing Results: Each kit includes a high-precision 0.2mm hardened steel nozzle, an all-metal heat break, a heating block, and a silicone cover with an identification code. These components work together to ensure smooth filament extrusion, improving model printing accuracy and surface quality.

High Performance Supports High-Speed and High-Temperature Printing: The all-metal heat break design promotes even heat distribution, supporting high-speed printing; the hardened steel nozzle withstands temperatures up to 500–650℃, suitable for high-temperature engineering materials such as PEEK and PEI, expanding the range of printable materials.

Leak-Proof Design and Usage Reminder: The integrated all-metal molding process eliminates leakage problems caused by traditional threads or O-rings; it is recommended to check and tighten the components before use to prevent loosening during transport, and re-level the print bed after installation to ensure optimal printing results.

Quick Swap Nozzle Design

The special design of hotend heating assembly enables easy separation of the thermal and electronic components of the hotend. Simply unlock the latch for quick and easy hotend removal and installation.

*Please ensure that the hotend has cooled down before swapping, and avoid touching the heat block (lower section of the hotend) to prevent any risk of burns.

Filament Compatibility

1. If you need multi-color printing with the AMS, connect the AMS to the right-side Fixed Hotend.

2. If you want to use the second hotend for support-material printing, we recommend using the Liftable Hotend.

3. TPU85A is only supported on the right-side Fixed Hotend. TPU95AHF/90A is expected to be supported on the left-side Liftable Hotend starting from firmware version U2.

4. PET-CF / PPA-CF / PPS-CF are supported only on the left-side Liftable Hotend.
