Size: 256 x256mm Ice Plate is suitable for Bambu Lab X1-Carbon/ P1P/P1S/A1 and similar size 3D printers. Perfect for PLA, PETG, ABS (but not ABS+), ect.

The PLU coating can achieve ultra-strong adhesion with PLA and PETG filaments, even at lower heated bed temperatures. It improves the printing success rate by eliminating adhesion problems, reduces warping when printing large objects, and can also work well on surfaces with poor shapes.

Please clean the build plate with warm water before the first use. - Do not print with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament, as it will damage the build plate.

It can provide good adhesion without the need for adhesives or frequent cleaning. If there is a large amount of dirt, you can clean the surface with water and soap. Do not use organic solvents (especially acetone) to clean the build plate, as it will damage the surface coating.

how to restore adhesion after prolonged use ?

Conweb™ features a self-recovery Coating, If surface con-tamination or print warping occurs, simply clean the plate with water and soap to restore adhesion

how to optimize adhesion ?

Adjust bed temperature based on the material's require-ments for ideal  adhesion

Does coating wear affect print quality ?

Gradual wear in high-use  areas is normal ,it does not impact print quality or nozzle lifespan ,Surface marks from prints are harmless.
