This is the V6 DLC Hardened Steel Nozzle. Applicable for Kingroon KP3S, KP3S Pro, KP3S Pro S1, KP5L 3D printers, and other E3D V6 Hotend Series.

V6 DLC Hardened Steel Nozzle Advantages:
*Overall surface DLC nano-coating, coating hardness is HV2500, film thickness is 2m, the friction coefficient is 0.03.
*highly polished, small adhesion, high-wear resistance, meet the requirements of precise printing.
*High-quality imported high-speed steel bar, special post-treatment, high-temperature hardness up to HRC62.
*The whole high-temperature resistance is 450°C, can easily print PEEK and other special engineering plastics.
*Roughness of inner hole less than Ra0.4, higher smoothness, and less adhesion.
*Special processing technology and post-treatment to ensure no burr in the orifice, brighter and cleaner inside the orifice.
