In response to customer feedback and requirements, we have introduced a screw kit for the X1 & P1 series (which includes the AMS) to provide a selection of frequently utilized screws.

List and locations

Note: If the screw model includes BT, it indicates that the locking base is plastic; if the screw model includes ST or M, it indicates that the locking base is metal.

1. BT2-5 For the toolhead housing and PCBs

In addition, this silver screw is also used in the AMS first stage feeder and the filament sensor on the extruder unit.

2. BT2-8 For the AMS first stage feeder, the MC board, and the Excess chute

In addition, the AC  board and the power module protective cover also use this black screw.

3. BT3-5  For the Rear Panel and the Front Cover (Rear)

4. BT3-6  For the P1S panels and the Z-axis Timing Pulley

5. BTG2-6  For the PTEF tube bracket

6. BT3-8  For the Heatbed Unit and the AMS Main Frame

In addition, this screw is also used on the front door hinge (lower), the P1S Auxiliary Cooling Fan, the XY tension spring base, and the inner shiel, etc.

7. M1.6-4 For the TH Board FPC Cable of X1C toolhead PCBs

8. M3-4.5  For X1C Panels

9. M3-6 For the XY/Z Motor and the X1 AP Board

In addition, this screw can also be used for locking the XY tensioner, the Button Board, and the Extruder Unit.
