ACE 2 Pro Buffer Replacement Guide

Preparation before replacement

1. All consumables need to be discarded, and the tray should be removed. The bottom of the box can be flipped over or lying on its side for easy replacement.

2. The buffer assembly is at the bottom of the ACE 2 Pro.

1. Disassembly steps:

Step 1: Remove the Teflon tube

1.Press the pressing head all the way down, and at the same time pull out the Teflon tube (remove all four tubes in sequence).

Step 2: Remove the buffer assembly

1.Use an H1.5 hex wrench to unscrew the fixing screws and remove the buffer assembly.

2. Press the pressing head all the way down, and at the same time pull out the Teflon tube (remove all four tubes in sequence), then remove the buffer assembly.

Step 1: Install the buffer assembly

1. First, install the Teflon tube into the buffer assembly.

(Note: Insert all the way in to avoid consumables pushing out the tube during feeding or the consumable head getting stuck in the tube and breaking off, which could cause feed errors.)

2. Align the buffer and place it at the bottom of the box, then use an H1.5 hex wrench to tighten the fixing screws.

Step 2: Install the Teflon pipe

Insert the Teflon tubes into the buffer assembly in sequence

(It must be fully inserted to prevent the consumable material from pushing out the tube during feeding or the consumable head getting stuck in the pipe and breaking off, which could cause feed errors.)

Step 3: Functional Verification

1.Pull the buffer assembly and check if it has bounced back.

2. Power on the equipment, insert consumables through the feed port, and observe whether any consumables are being discharged from the buffer assembly.
