This high flow nozzle uses a unique custom internal geometry to increase the surface area for improved thermal transfer to the filament. And increases your setup's volumetric flow rate, enabling you to print faster.
The Nozzle is a preassembled nozzle and heatbreak in one unit by adopting three metals -Hardened steel for tip, titanium alloy TC4 for inside tube, and rest is copper material, with different thermal conductivity.
Tri Metal: Hardened steel has high wear-resistance for longer lifetime, Titanium TC4 reduces heat upward conduction at the heating position, and copper for heat dissipation to accelerate heat conduction. This Nozzle can reach super high temperature.
DLC Nao Coating not only has excellent wear resistance, but also has a very low friction coefficient and excellent corrosion resistance.
One plated copper nozzle 0.4mm will come for exchanging the tip to make this whole nozzle to be Belt Nozzle. And PLEASE NOTE: You may need to adjust your Z offset when changing nozzles.
