This box is an extension of the previously released Geared Mechanical Dice Box. It uses the same design idea of a bottom and top sungear and 8 turning gear rods. However this time, the lid opens up with  spinning motion.

Although the box is fully compatible with the Geared Mechanical Dice Box, due to the same dimensions of the box, the gear rods and the bottom sungear, every part has a different look. This means that you could combine different parts from this design with the ones from the Geared Mechanical Dice Box.

All parts are assembled without the need of any extra parts such as glue or screws, since everything is 3D-printed.

This is a geared box with a unique opening mechanism.

When you twist the base of the box, the triangular top pieces swing open, and then close again on the other side.
