Q2 Replace Nozzle

Step 1: Use the cutter to cut off the filament.
Step 2:Heat the nozzle, then extrude the remaining filament from the extruder.
¶Step 3：Remove the silicone sock

If it's difficult to remove, heat the nozzle to 220°C and use needle-nose pliers or cutters to take it off.

Do not touch it with your hands to avoid burns.

Step 4：Keep the nozzle heated to 220°C and use a socket wrench to loosen the nozzle.

Step 5：After removing the nozzle, replace it with a new one and screw it in using a socket wrench.

Step 6：Turn off the nozzle heating, and once the nozzle has cooled, put the silicone sock back on.

The nozzle and throat have an all-metal integrated design for quick removal and very easy replacement.

Note:

It is recommended to use only one type of filament in a single nozzle. Switching between multiple filaments with significant temperature differences may cause nozzle blockages.

The nozzle of PLUS4 cannot be used for Q2, and similarly, the nozzle of Q2 cannot be used for P4. This is because the hot end designs of the two machines are different, resulting in a certain difference in the length of the two nozzles.
