BIGTREETECH Panda Sense Temperature Humidity Sensor

Partner with Panda Touch: Panda Sense is linked with Panda Touch to display real-time temperature and humidity status feedback. There is no need to worry about the convenience of magnetic separation for Panda Touch even after wired connection. (NOTE:*The Panda Touch firmware should be from version 1.0.6 or later.)

High Precision: Panda Sense uses AHT30 sensor for high-precision real-time detection. Temperature detection range and accuracy: -40 ℃ -120 ℃, ± 5 ℃ (within 10 ℃ -60 ℃), Humidity detection range and accuracy: 0-100% RF, ± 3% (within 20% RH-80% RH)

PP Material Shell: Panda Sense adopts a high-quality PP material shell. This material can provide accurate and precise environmental readings without interference. Compared with PC shells on the market, PP material has poorer moisture absorption and has less impact on detection accuracy, accurately detecting the temperature and humidity during the printing process

Two Connnection Methods: 1) Paired with our custom model, enjoy the portable flexibility of Panda Touch working. When the Panda Touch removed from the USB dock, it will no longer display temperature and humidity data. 2) It can be directly connected to the Panda Touch I2C interface through a connecting cable, which is simple and efficient

Magnetic Mount: Panda Sense supports magnetic fixation, plug in play. Compatible with Bambu-Lab P1S/P1P/X1C/X1E/A1/A1 Mini 3D printers, can be directly attached to the front panel position of P1P/P1S printers

Installation Steps of Option 1

First Step

Please Download files and printing by yourself before install. And Use a soldering iron to install heat-set inserts into the printed mounting bracket.

Second Step

Use the soldering iron to insert two additional heat-set inserts into the printed mounting bracket and secure the Panda Sense Dock using cap screws.

Third Step

Attach the printed mounting bracket with the Panda Sense Dock onto the Panda Touch USB Dock use 2*M3 X 8 + 2*M2.5 X 8 countersunk screw.

Fourth Step

Plug the Panda Sense Touch to the reserved I2C port on the back of Panda Touch. Then plug the connecting cable into the Panda Sense Dock connector.
