A1 Assembly Instructions

1.Turn the printer over and remove the screws from the bottom of the printer as shown in the diagram.

2. Secure the printed object on the heated bed using M3*12 screws and install it in the position shown in the diagram. Also, fix the heated bed wire onto the wire holder.

3. Secure the heated bed wire to the wire holder and check if it affects the movement of the heated bed.

4. Remove the two screws from the bottom of the printer and install the Y-axis front end assembly using M3*25 screws.

5.Remove the screws from the crossbeam at the back of the extruder and secure the Z-axis print with M3*6 screws.

6. The Z-axis trigger switch is fixed at the top of the gantry and can be installed by pressing down.

The wiring method can be referenced in the diagram.

And test whether the Z-axis can trigger the switch.

7.Insert the servo cable into the AMS lite interface located at the back of the printer, as indicated by the red circle in the diagram.

8.Install the heated bed printing plate bracket. Assemble the components on both sides of the bracket into the central part and secure them with M3*12 screws.

9.Fix the two side brackets at the back with M3*12screws.

10.The solid wire clip needs to be installed in the position shown in the diagram. It is used to secure the heated bed wire.

11. Insert the heated bed printing plate bracket into the bottom of the Y-axis. Need to be very close to, No space left, other wise may effect the plates catching process!!!

12. Check whether the bracket is properly installed and secure.

13. Secure the heating bed wire under the fixed wire clamp.

Note: A maximum of 5 printing boards can be placed. If the quantity exceeds, it may be too heavy to change the printing boards.

Note !!

15. After the installation is complete, use your hands to push and pull the heated bed to test the stability of the exchange board.

16. When placing the print plate (PEI plate), please ensure that it is positioned above the hooks, as the print plate will compress the hooks downwards. When the print plate is not placed, the hooks will spring back up.

17. Control the printer's touchscreen and turn off the printer [Print Board Position Detection], which is located in the [Print Options] menu.

Note: The white conduit must not be pressed under the printer.

Testing the replacement of the heated bed printing plate.

Drag the document titled  【换盘稳定性测试】into the software using the mouse.

2 .Adopt the same steps, it is recommended to rename, and then click [Send] to send to the printer.

3. Click on [Print] - [Send], the printer will replace a print board.

The method for continuously printing multiple printing plates.

We need to place sliced .3mf files on webiste https://3d.3dprintfile.com for processing. This is necessary to print multiple printing disks. The specific steps are as follows:

  1. Place multiple STL files in the software and perform slicing on all of them.
  2. Then export it
  3.  upload the .3mf files on the website https://3d.3dprintfile.com, and the software will automatically process the files.
  4. Drag the generated 【GCODE】 file into the software. We will find that all models are superimposed together. This phenomenon is normal. Finally, we send it to the printer for printing. During the printing process, after completing one print plate, it will automatically switch to a new print plate to continue printing.
