New Print Head Module
Safety Tips:
The power must be turned off when replacing the print head module.
1. Disassembly Steps
Step 1: Remove the PTFE Tube
Press the pneumatic quick-release collar down completely ā , and simultaneously pull the PTFE tube upward to remove it ā”.

Step 2: Remove the Print Head Cable Harness
1. Locate the notch at the rear of the print head housing, open it, and remove the rear
cover of the print head.

2. Press the latch on the cable harness connector to detach the print head cable harness.

Step 3: Remove the Print Head Module
The mounting screw is located at the rear of the print head module. Support the print head module with your hand to prevent it from falling, while using the H2.5 Allen key to loosen and remove the mounting screw.

2. Installation Steps
Step 1: Install the Print Head Module
Take out the new print head module and align its mounting holes with the corresponding holes on the sheet metal bracket. Support the print head module with your hand to prevent it from falling, while using the H2.5 Allen key to tighten the mounting screw.

Step 2: Install the Print Head Cable Harness
1. Snap the print head cable harness into the slot within the housing, and insert the cableĀ
connector into the mainboard port.

2. Close and secure the rear cover of the print head.

Step 3: Install the PTFE Tube
Install the PTFE tube, following the proper routing sequence through the brackets.

3. Device Calibration
On the Calibration page, select Active Noise Cancellation, Auto-Leveling, and Resonance Compensation, then click Start.
