Air Dust Filtration System

Magnetic filter for easy replacement of filter cotton. Utilizes activated carbon fiber filter cotton to remove toxic air, oil film, and dust generated during printing, ensuring a safe environment for you and your family. Activated carbon fiber meets automotive paint booth standards, offering high density and superior filtration performance.

Smart Start/Stop, Unattended Operation

Automatically turns on/off by detecting the heat bed temperature. Activates when printing high-temperature engineering materials and shuts down when the heat bed temperature drops 2°C below the activation threshold after printing.

New Integrated Temperature Control Module

Unlike dual-module systems, it does not require activating the heat bed to set the heat bed start and target temperatures.

Self-Recovering Short Circuit/Overload Protection

Automatically cuts off power in case of circuit issues or voltage overload and restores normal operation upon restart, ensuring safety.

Optimized Design

Bottom hot air circulation and top-mounted installation design ensures consistent air pressure without blowing directly onto the heat bed, preventing model warping.

Features a dual-ball-bearing turbo fan for V2, offering strong suction and precise airflow without backpressure, unlike square cabinet fans that can cause warping.

300W Full-Power PTC Ceramic Heating Module

Fast heating and excellent temperature stability. 300W at 220V, 250W at 110V.

High-Temperature Resistant ABS-GF Material Shell

The entire shell is printed using BambuLab ABS-GF and FusRock ABS-GF materials, ensuring no deformation even under high-temperature airflow.

Introduction of the display screen and buttons

The left screen displays the temperature of the heating bed, while the right screen shows the chamber temperature.

Indicator Lights:

Both are red and green dual-color lights (the green light indicates operational status, the red light indicates setting status, and the flashing red light indicates delayed start).

Buttons:

At the bottom of the two display windows: + and -; The middle one is the SET key.

What is the activation temperature? How to Set Activation Temp?

This chamber heater is pre-set to the desired temperature as 80 degrees at the time of leaving the factory, and there is no need to adjust the temperature further.

Set the heated bed (left screen) to control the temperature: In standby mode, press the setting button once, and the number in the display window on the left will flash to show the heated bed temperature. Press + or - to adjust, and wait a few seconds for it to automatically save and exit. The factory default temperature for the left screen is 60 degrees Celsius.

Set the (right screen) temperature control: In standby mode, press the set button twice, and the number in the display window on the right will flash to show the current cabin temperature. Adjust using + and - and wait a few seconds for it to automatically save and exit. The factory default temperature for the right screen is 51 degrees Celsius.

Installation Instructions

1. The two screws at the bottom of the bracket are supposed to connected to the top of the chamber heater.

2. Raise the bed to the highest position and place the chamber heater inside. The top frame of the printer has two screw holes for securing the chamber heater bracket with screws.

3. Remove the 3D printer's back cover. Refer to Bambu Lab wiki for details.

4. Remove the filament waste container and its screws from the printer. The power cord of the heater comes out from here as following pic.

5. Remove the external plastic cover of the printer power supply.

6. Insert the power cord of the heater through this part in the diagram to the back of the printer.

7. Remove the filament waste container and its screws from the printer. The power cord of the heater comes out from here as following pic.

8. The temperature sensor cord of the heater passes from the bottom of the front of the printer to the back.

9.  Refer to the wiring in the diagram and install the heater power line at the location marked with a red circle in the diagram。The green line indicates the wiring method for the temperature measurement line. The red line indicates the wiring method for the power line.

10. Loosen the two screws at the bottom of the heated bed to allow the temperature sensing wire to pass through the pressure plate, ensuring sufficient length is reserved to prevent the wire from being pulled apart when the heated bed moves up and down.

11. Fix the temperature probe to the bottom of the heated bed using high-temperature tape, ensuring it is securely fastened.
